In our kitchen we never lacks of typical local dishes such as ravioli with herbs, the gnudi asparagus, acquacotta, bean soup, rabbit with herbs, lamb in white, and those who love the game: pappardelle hare, polenta with venison and wild boar.

Pasta is handmade and you can also taste the homemade breads.

Breakfasts are always very rich desserts: apple cake, yogurt cake, cereal cake, chocolate cake, sweet breads with homemade jams.

What we like most is that all these dishes we consume them all together in a 'single large table, talking in winter by the fireplace and in summer outside under the starlight.

for guests it is available the grill, if you want you can eat outside under the shade of the ash trees.
